High priest who has entered the inmost Heaven

Seeing that we have a great High Priest who has entered the inmost Heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to our faith. 

For we have no superhuman High Priest to whom our weaknesses are unintelligible - he himself has shared fully in all our experience of temptation, except that he never sinned.

Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with fullest confidence, that we may receive mercy for our failures and grace to help in the hour of need.

Adam's Helper

Do you know that there was a frantic search for Adam's helper? And then you'll notice that there was no suitable helper found for him.

Not the Crafty Tortoise,
Or the Speedy Rabbit,
Or the Wise Ant,
Not even the Majestic Lion,
The very beautiful peacock missed out too.

The question then is why?

Qualities may be attractive, but only God must bring us into every companionship. Then God made Eve.

As we conclude tonight, let us remove the logs from our own very eyes before removing the tiny specks from others' eyes.

If The LORD let us live, then we shall press further next time.
