There is really something about John The Baptist tonight.
Without posters, or publicity of any kind, yet he had army officers in attendance.
He wasn't teaching finance or holding a 'breakthrough, feet-washing' service, yet great was his message such that the people wouldn't want to address him as John (that is, without a title)
So they asked, "are you a prophet?" "are you the Messiah?" "are you this, or that?"
Yet, he never lost his identity, as a voice.
God does not need our titles, HE needs our voice.
